Ayvens Norway
- Established in Norway in 1992
- A specialized company for the administration, operation, and financing of vehicle fleets for businesses and the public sector, as well as offering private leasing and car insurance
- The country's leading player in vehicle administration and operational leasing with 62,000 cars on the road
- Norway's largest car purchaser and used car seller, as well as the largest owner of electric vehicles
- Rebranded to Ayvens in February 2024, formerly LeasePlan Norway
Ayvens Group
- Ayvens was formed as a result of Societe Generale's acquisition of LeasePlan through ALD Automotive in 2023
- In October 2023, the new group changed its name to Ayvens. By 2024, all countries are to rebrand to Ayvens
- The group operates in 60 countries, with a direct presence in 44 countries
- Manages 3.4 million vehicles globally
