New commercial director

Marius Paus took over the management of Ayvens Norway in June, and his successor as Commercial Director is now in place. Morten Sjong Mathisen (36) has extensive experience in the company, knows the business, the customers and the industry well.

"I am very pleased that Morten has agreed to lead the commercial activities in Ayvens Norway. Morten has gained considerable knowledge and experience about Ayvens and our industry in addition to his positive "drive" to lead the work to develop us further for the best for our customers, employees and partners, says Marius Paus.

Morten joined LeasePlan, as the company was previously called, for the first time as a customer advisor in 2013, and was later Account Manager until 2016. After a few years as responsible for fleet sales in BMW Group Norway, he returned to LeasePlan in 2019 as Head of SME and partners, and from 2022 has also led the company's Account Managers. Morten takes up his new role immediately.
