Accident Management Service

Accident Management Services Norway AS (AMS) is Ayvens Norway's damage management company and represents the insurance company Euro Insurances DAC. When accidents happen, it is reassuring to know that we are here to help you through the process and ensure a proper and prompt insurance settlement.

Damage is reported through Ayvens Norge AS, where it is registered and forwarded to our claims handlers.

Report damage - Single accident

Here, as a Ayvens customer, you can submit an electronic damage report for single accidents. The workshop will report glass damage, and other types of damage require a physical form (below)

Report damage - Theft of vehicle

These damages must always be reported to the police in the vicinity of where the damage occurs. The user can report the incident as the responsible party for the car. LeasePlan must receive a copy of the police report
