I have had an accident with my car. Which repair shop should I contact?
Ayvens has agreements with several repair shops. If you have had an accident with your car, you must submit a damage report to LeasePlan as soon as possible. You make the appointment with the repair shop yourself. Remember to mention that it is a LeasePlan car and that the repair shop should contact LeasePlan for an appraisal before starting the repair.
