Step 1: Order a smart charging box from Ayvens. Charge your company car at home with chip or company card.
Do you allready have a smart charger at home? Contact Ayvens to see if we can connect this to our solution for reimbursement.
Step 2: The cost of charging your car will be charged to your power-bill. Your monthly cost will be registered at the charging operator who calculates the abount that should be reimbursed.
Step 3: You get a refund for your cost of homecharging once every month*.
*caluculation of power-price/ reimbursement rate varies from company to company, but shall reflect as far as possible the actual power-cost.
Step 4: The cost of reimbursement gets added to your companys car accounting at Ayvens. Remember that you always have to identify yourself with chip or card to get a refund for using the charging box.
The amount that gets paid back is customized to the area the charger is installed in. Power-grid-tax (nettleie) and electricity support is taken into account in the calculation and it includes taxes and fees.
We got good deals with Cirkle K and E.ON that offer our customers to mount a smart charging box with a reimbursement plan. In this way your company can gather all car-related cost though Ayvens.
Charging box at the workplace Your company can mount charging boxes that the drivers can use with their uniqe chip that is connected to their vehicle. In this way the cost get linked to the right vehicle, and this gets billed to Ayvens who then send an invoice to the company.
Smart charging box for driver If there is a need for a charging box at home, you can order that through LeasePlan. For this, approval from the employer is needed. It is up to the employer if the cost of charging box and installation should be covered by employer or employee.

Ayvens can basically only reimburse charging cost from a home charger that is well documented. This means that if you have a smart charger that measures how much power it uses, you can get a reimbursement. We can't accept the power-bill for a whole house as documentation.
