Service
Use the My Ayvens app for drivers and get access to your digital service card and an overview of our contracted service workshops, among other things. You can find this under "Service" or "Suppliers" in the app.
Don't have a user? Anyone who has a car through Ayvens can use the app for their vehicle. The requirement is that you first register with your name, email, and order number (service card number).
If you have problems with the initial registration, we can register the user for you. Order app user here.
If your car needs servicing, you can book a service by calling us at +47 23 06 98 00 or by filling out the booking form. We will help you find the best agreement workshop in your area and schedule an appointment for you. We can also send you a reminder by SMS the day before the scheduled service time.

Note! If you are a business customer, we ask that you check with your employer to see if your company has its own agreements or preferences for service booking.
If you have service and maintenance included in your leasing contract, you will receive a service card from Ayvens. The card's number is directly linked to the car and identifies that your leased car is managed by Ayvens. The card should be used to requisition goods and services related to maintenance, tire changes, and other services that fall under normal vehicle operations.
The service card should be presented at any workshop visit to ensure that invoices are addressed to Ayvens.
