Ayvens distinguished as ‘Fleet Management Company of 2024’ at Fleet Awards Portugal
Ayvens wins award for the fifth time in a row and the tenth time in history
Ayvens, a leading company in the national car-as-a-service and mobility solutions market, was voted ‘Fleet Management Company of 2024’ at the FLEET AWARDS Portugal.
The brand, which succeeded LeasePlan after it was acquired by ALD Automotive, won the award for the fifth time in a row, and this is the tenth time it has received this honour. Ayvens has shown that, even in years of adaptation and change, it is possible to maintain levels of excellence and provide top products and services to customers.
In a year in which there were changes to the evaluation model for the ‘Fleet Management Company’ category, Ayvens was once again the favourite competitor of the FLEET AWARDS Portugal jury, which in this edition analysed the topics submitted for voting with a broader spectrum of analysis, introducing electronic voting in the ‘Fleet Manager’ category.
In addition to voting by a resident jury, the companies in the competition had an additional number of customers with the right to vote, who did so on a platform provided by Fleet Magazine. The aim of the publication, as organiser of the FLEET AWARDS Portugal, was to maintain principles of fairness, seriousness and transparency.
In the online jury, Ayvens stood out as the most effective Fleet Management Company in attracting and retaining voters, winning 24 votes, corresponding to 50 per cent of the total. In addition, 41 of the 48 members of the online jury awarded Ayvens points, consolidating its prominent position. In the resident jury, the performance was equally remarkable: 9 of the 11 members recognised Ayvens' excellence. In both the online and resident juries, Ayvens was the Fleet Manager that achieved the highest score in the categories assessed in the Ballot. These included criteria such as speed in drawing up proposals, flexibility in negotiation, personalised follow-up, efficiency in resolving problems, offering innovative solutions and consultancy services.
Receiving, for the fifth consecutive time and for the tenth time in our history, the Fleet Management Company award is an achievement that makes us proud, because it is a recognition of the work we have been doing over the years – and, especially, in 2024, the year in which Ayvens' transformation took place. Having been distinguished with this award, knowing that the size of the jury has been expanded, gives us even more strength, as we learn that more people trust our services.
