What should I do if I need a workshop service?
Can I choose the workshop where the intervention is to be carried out? Ayvens uses its own supplier network. The customer may choose from within this network. Do services have to be carried out at Multi-brand workshops? Interventions must be carried out at a supplier on the Ayvens network. Will Ayvens get in touch to book the service? The driver must check the warning lights on the dashboard and, according to the latter, use the [Oficina Fácil](targetBlank:http://https://oficinafacil.leaseplan.pt/) platform or the Ayvens App to book the service. You can also contact the Ayvens Driver Helpline on 800 20 42 98 (cost-free call) in Portugal or +351 21 370 31 23 (national fixed-line network cost call) abroad.What should I do if I need to change my tyres, align steering or balance the wheels? If this is contracted you should: 1. Book an appointment directly at one of the workshops approved by Ayvens for this purpose. List of approved workshops available by ringing 800 20 42 98 (cost-free call) or at the [Oficina Fácil](targetBlank:http://https://oficinafacil.leaseplan.pt/) platform; 2. Go to the workshop.What should I do if there is isolated glass breakage? 1. Always fill in the Mutual Settlement Form for Car Accidents; 2. Contact the Ayvens Driver Helpline on 800 20 42 98 (cost-free call); 3. Hand in the Amicable Settlement Form for Car Accidents at the workshop where the repair has been booked. What should I do if I need a repair? 1. Book the intervention for the day and time desired at the [Oficina Fácil](targetBlank:http://https://oficinafacil.leaseplan.pt/) platform.
