We recognise that sometimes things can go wrong and we encourage feedback from our customers to help us ensure that any problems are quickly identified, effectively resolved and our services improved for the future.

Your opinion is very important to us and will help us to improve our service.
**How your complaint will be handled: **
- 1.Ayvens will receive your complaint and forward it to a specialized and dedicated team who will carry out a full and impartial analysis.
- 2.We will contact you within three working days of receiving your complaint.
- 3.If we need additional information, we will contact you.
- 4.We aim to resolve your complaint within eight working days, although some complaints may take longer. If your complaint has not been considered, we will contact you to explain where we are in the process and how we intend to proceed.
