Ayvens has partnerships with roadside assistance companies all around the globe. They act on behalf of Ayvens and in accordance with clear SLAs that focus on quality of service and limited off-road time.
How to proceed if you're in an accident
Steps to take after a car accident in a leased vehicle:
- Safety first
Ensure the safety of all individuals involved. If there are injuries, call emergency services immediately.
- Gather information
Collect details about the accident, including the location, date, and time. Exchange contact and insurance information with the other parties involved.
- Notify authorities
If necessary, notify the designated Police station about the event and obtain the accident report.
- Take photos
Document the accident scene with photos. Capture the damage to all vehicles and the surrounding area.
- Contact us
Reach out to our accident management team, notify the event by accessing avizari.ayvens.ro and open the damage file within:
maximum 24 hours in the event of total or partial theft;
maximum 48 hours in the event of the theft or loss of the vehicle’s documents, keys or/and remote;
maximum 3 working days in the event of any type of vandalism.
- Insurance claim
Check with your vehicle fleet responsible who the insurance company is, in case that the accident management service is not provided by Ayvens.
- Vehicle repairs
If your leased vehicle requires repairs, we'll guide you to authorised repair centre for efficient service.
- Stay informed
Throughout the process, we'll keep you informed about the progress of repairs and any additional steps you need to take.
Break-in and theft
For theft or break ins please first file a police report at the designated police station and get in touch with Ayvens afterwards. If your vehicle has been stolen, please notify the police first and contact us immediately after. Damage can be reported by accessing avizari.ayvens.ro and the damage file must be open within 24 hours. If you are not insured with Ayvens then please inform your insurance provider.

Make sure you have complete information about the event
The damage notification involves the following information about the event, provided by completing the damage questionnaire.
- The ID card of the driver / user
- Driving license of the person who drove the damaged vehicle
- Car registration certificate
- Amicable Accident Report / Police Report
- Guilty part documents (if the person responsible for the event is an identified third party): ID card, Driver's license, Registration certificate, RCA policy (if any)
