You can view the services included in your contract on My ALD driver app. Bear in mind that this information comes from the lease quote and may differ from your company's car policy.
How far in advance should I reserve a replacement vehicle?
At least 24 hours in advance.
Can I get a larger replacement vehicle?
You can only get a larger replacement vehicle if your fleet manager agrees to the additional cost. This can be arranged by e-mail with a clear indication of which category we may offer.
I need the replacement vehicle for longer than originally planned.
No problem! Just let us know how long you'll need the vehicle for.
