How can we help you?
If you receive an invoice from Ayvens, this means that we have received a reminder or writ from a bailiff regarding an outstanding amount.
If you paid the fine on time and used the correct payment reference, send us your proof of payment and we'll draw up a credit note.
If you paid the fine late or used an incorrect reference, you are responsible for reclaiming your payment from the issuing party.
Your payment and the reminder may have crossed paths, and you don't need to take the reminder into account.
If you've not yet paid the fine, contact the authority issuing the notice to settle your file.
You must dispute the fine with the authority that issued the notice. Traffic offenses can be contested with the competent authorities in person or in writing.
In relation to foreign fines or parking tickets, instructions on how to contest such a ticket can be found in the notice provided by the issuing authority.
If you don't agree with a fine, you must first dispute it with the authority issuing the notice. They decide whether the fine will be cancelled or whether you'll still have to pay. Only if you are summonsed can you call on legal assistance. In such a case, please provide us with a copy of your summons.
All documents that Ayvens receives shall be processed and forwarded to the car's driver or the customer. Ayvens cannot be held responsible for any documents not received. You can ask the authority issuing the notice if they are prepared to cancel the cost of the increase.
If a fine is left unpaid or is not paid on time, Ayvens may proceed with payment following the receipt of a reminder in order to avoid further costs. Any costs that Ayvens incurs in this regard shall be passed on, as well as any administrative fees.
The police can identify the driver of the car and issue the fine directly in the offender's name. If we don't have the necessary details for the driver, the report will be sent to your employer.
Parking companies, municipalities or other foreign authorities do not have access to this platform and will send the fine to the holder of the vehicle registration. Ayvens will process the documents and send all documents to the lawful recipient by email.
If you were not driving the vehicle at the time of the offence, you must dispute the fine through formal channels via [local website]. Ayvens is not authorised to dispute the fine for you as the fine has been issued in your name.
With regard to foreign fines or parking fines, it is best to inform your employer and Ayvens so we can include the right driver in our file.
