If the vehicle's actual condition doesn't match the description on the contract, it's best to report this straight away by sending an e-mail to operativa.rs@ayvens.com.

You can only get a larger replacement vehicle if your fleet manager agrees to the additional cost. This can be arranged by e-mail with a clear indication of which category we may offer.
