What does this mean for my lease contract? • There will be no change whatsoever. Your current contract with LeasePlan will continue exactly as per today and you will continue to receive the same great service you have come to expect from LeasePlan?

Are LeasePlan and ALD already working together? • The transaction is not expected to close until Q4 2022, and until closing, LeasePlan and ALD will operate as two fully distinct businesses, and will continue to act completely independently of each other in all respects.

Who can I contact if I have more questions? • For more questions, please feel free to reach out to your LeasePlan representative.
