You have the option to choose between leasing a brand new car or a used car. It is clear when you order the car if it will be a brand new car where you will be the first to drive it or if it is a carefully selected used car that has already been driven for a couple of years.

Why is the private leasing monthly fee so low?

Is there credit approval needed?

A credit check process is in place, where we do a credit report via UC. If approval is granted, we may then proceed and send you the leasing contract.

Question 7

Who can drive my lease car?

Anyone with a valid driver’s licence may use the vehicle. You remain responsible for the car, regardless of who is driving it. No minimum or maximum age applies if you wish to drive a car made available through private leasing. Anyone may take advantage of private leasing with LeasePlan.

What does the insurance cover?

We always provide full insurance on your car, depending on whether it is new or used, you will be covered by a half-insurance policy with a vehicle damage guarantee via the manufacturer or a full insurance policy via Ayvens. You can read more about this in your contract.
