Can I load with the app?
Yes, you can recharge using the app without carrying the recharge card. Select the desired charging station, socket and press "Start charging".
I have an electrical vehicle today / will get my new electric car shortly, can I get a charging card via Ayvens?
To be able to use Ayvens' EV-solution, your employer needs to sign an additional agreement. If your employer chooses not to use our solution, we do not have the opportunity to deliver a charging card.
How does the charging card work?
The charging card is activated by adding the app and is ready to be used immediately. In the app you can see all charging stations the charging card works with as well as price, availability, and address of the charging station.
I have lost my charging card, where can I get a new one?
You can block the charging card through the app and then contact Ayvens customer support at 08-501 122 00 or customercare.se@ayvens.com, and they will order a new one for you.
