Charging your lease car
It depends on the fuel model your employer has chosen.
Fuel benedit: Applies to those who have fuel benefit. We read the amount of electricity your charging station has consumed and will reimburse you for the electricity cost according to the information you entered when configuring the charging station. You can update your kW cost in the portal afterwards.
The main rule: Applies to you who have a personal car or benefit car but lack fuel benefit and pay all fuel themselves, regardless of whether they are miles driven in the service or in private. You pay all the fuel yourself and therefore you will not receive any compensation for the electricity you charge at home.
Split fuel: Applies to those who have a benefit car but lack fuel benefit but pay only the fuel you use privately. We read the amount of electricity your charging station has consumed and reimburse you for that electricity cost. We will then bill you for the percentage of electricity costs that belong to your private miles according to your km reporting. Compensation is paid in accordance with the information you entered when configuring the charging station. You can update your kW cost in the portal afterwards.
The electricity is billed by Ayvens. This is done according to your fuel model and in the same way as other fuels, see below.

Your employer will tax you for your private miles in accordance with your km reporting. In other words, it works in the same way whether you are tanking electricity, gasoline or diesel.

The price varies depending on the charging station operator, geographical location, type of charger, etc. The price can be per minute or kWh and is up to the station. The cheapest way to charge is at home or at work. If you have the split fuel model or fuel benefit, we will reimburse you for the electricity you consumed when charging at home.
