How can we help you?
Driving abroad
Always check with your employer if you are allowed to drive the car abroad. Then contact us well in advance before you travel so that you can get the necessary documents. When traveling you should always bring your own:
- Drivers license (make sure that the period of validity does not expire during the trip)
- Registration certificate (sent out when your car was delivered. Contact us if you need a new one)
- Green card (Albania, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Iran, Morocco, Moldova, North Macedonia, Russia, Tunisia, Turkey, UK and Ukraine)
If you have Ayvens' charging solution, the charging card works throughout Europe. To find the charging stations visit Northe's app and search for charging stations via the map.
You can use our fuel cards abroad, but it depends on the type of card you have. The cards we have that work abroad are Shell and Circle K. Shell works at Shell stations in Europe, Circle K works in Norway and Denmark while Circle K Routex also works in Europe at Circle K, BP, Aral, OMV and ENI. If you have an electric car and want to be able to charge your car abroad, we recommend that you order a charging tag from Northe.
