Please contact the fuel station where the damage occurred and fill in our digital claim form. To access it, klick on "Help" in My Ayvens and select the link "Report damage (online)".

Do not start the car! If you already stated the car, shut it off immediately. Do not turn on the ignition (the fuel will then be pumped around). Contact Ayvens Assistance for help with transportation of the car to a workshop.

Contact the police at 114 14 and make a report and register a claim by filling in our digital claim form. To access it, klick on "Help" in My Ayvens and select the link "Report damage (online)".

Collision with a large wild animal must always be reported to the police. If you have hit a pet or a reindeer, you must report it to the police and also the owner. You also need to file a claim.
