Replacement car after damage or theft

That depends on the coverage of your insurance, or if you have been in an accident with a counter party and your counter party has caused the accident. If you are unsure what your insurance covers, please review your lease agreement or contact your fleet manager.

You need to contact the station where you picked up the rental car and receive information from them. This damage will not be handled by Ayvens.

Your current fuel card is also valid for your replacement car, regardless of the fuel type.

If you have received a damage notice from the insurance company, you will see if you are entitled to a rental car and which rental car company to use. If a rental car is not included, you need your employer's approval before picking out a rental car.

A replacement car is temporary and meant to keep you mobile for a short period of time. For this reason, it may differ in class from your lease car. Generally, you are entitled to a rental car of the same size as your leasing car.
