Replacement vehicle
You can find if this option is included in your contract by contacting your employer or Ayvens Assistance.
At least 48 hours in advance. We will contact you if the delivery of replacement Vehicle will be possible earlier.
This information could be found in your contract.
If the vehicle's actual condition doesn't match the description on the contract, it's best to report this straight away by sending an e-mail to service_ua@ayvens.com.
You can only get a larger replacement vehicle if your fleet manager agrees to the additional cost. This can be arranged by e-mail with a clear indication of which category we may offer.
You can reserve a replacement vehicle by contacting us by sending the email to service_ua@ayvens.com or contact Ayvens call center (044) 363-58-58.
No problem! Just let us know how long you'll need the vehicle for but note that this may incur additional costs.
