How can we help you?
According to [local country] legislation, the minimum tyre tread is 1.6mm. You should therefore check the condition of your tyres regularly (both the tread and tyre pressures). Underinflation leads to longer braking distances, a higher risk of aquaplaning, faster wear and higher fuel consumption.
If your tyres are worn and you want to have them replaced, you can make an appointment at a tyre centre approved by Ayvens. The tyre centre will confirm this and Ayvens will pay the invoice.
The varying conditions of road surfaces: dry roads, rain, wet roads, heavy surface water, fresh snow, sleet, freezing ice, frozen snow, etc. Lower temperatures (below 7°C) mean the rubber in summer tyres is far less efficient on winter roads. Safety: better grip on dry and wet roads in low temperatures, better grip on snow and ice, and shorter braking distances.
Your safety is important to Ayvens. All-season tyres have a longer braking distance both in summer and winter than the respective summer and winter tyres. That's why we only allow winter and summer tyres if tyres are included in your contract.
If you're unsure whether you can continue driving safely or your vehicle is immobilised, call Ayvens Assistance on [local phone number] option 1).
If necessary, we will send a technician who will:
- repair the tyre; • carry out a temporary repair so you can drive to a tyre centre safely
- tow the vehicle and arrange a replacement vehicle for you. If you can still drive the car, you can go to a tyre centre approved by Ayvens.
Vehicles are always delivered with summer tyres fitted. After delivery, you can make an appointment with the tyre centre to have winter tyres fitted if they are included in your lease contract.
Winter tyres can be added to your contract if your employer agrees to this.
In Ukraine, it is mandatory to drive on winter tyres. Outside Ukraine, however, several countries stipulate that winter tyres must be fitted during winter conditions such as snow or ice.
If winter tyres are included in your contract, you can have them fitted from 15th of October. We recommend that you book an appointment in good time. When the first cold snap hits or the first snowflakes fall, requests arrive in such large numbers that there are usually long waiting times. You should therefore be quick to get in touch with the tyre centre storing your tyres. If you've acquired a vehicle and aren't sure where its winter tyres are stored, you can find the location of the last tyre centre by contacting Ayvens Assistance via phone (044) 363-58-58.
