Returning a vehicle outside the headquarters of Ayvens
We are ready to transport your vehicle to our company’s headquarters in collaboration with our contractual partner AZ Mobility.
As this is an above-standard service, a fee is charged.
IN ORDER FOR US TO TRANSFER THE VEHICLE, IT MUST:
- be operable
- be fit to drive on roads according to the laws of the Czech Republic
- be fitted with winter tyres during the winter period
- be undamaged and with all the documents
- be washed/cleaned
- have a valid technical certificate
- have a valid electronic vignette
- have enough fuel to reach the headquarters of Ayvens

- the registration number of the vehicle
- your chosen district according to the price list (downloadable bellow)
- the date and time that we can pick up the vehicle
- the address where we can pick up the vehicle
- the contact details (including tel. no.) of the person who will hand the vehicle over
ADDITIONAL TERMS
If any of the above conditions are not met, particularly in the vehicle body has not been washed, the vehicle will not be accepted and we will be forced to charge a fee for the wasted journey at the rate of 100% of the cost of transporting the vehicle. The vehicle must be handed over in daylight. Upon return: "The vehicle must not require a service inspection, or an engine oil change", according to either the indicators on the instrument panel or the entry in the service log book. In such a case the vehicle will not be accepted. If the vehicle is returned by an authorised person, that person must present a power of attorney authorising receipt of the vehicle signed by a company executive, or a company stamp. The lease relationship, and also the statutory and accident insurance, are terminated upon the return of the vehicle, so after the vehicle has been returned the cost of any repairs beyond the scope of routine wear and tear cannot be claimed from the insurance company. If any additional equipment is fitted in the vehicle (car radio, HF set, tow bar, roof rack, etc.), this must be removed beforehand and the vehicle restored to its original state, or that equipment will remain part of the vehicle.
STATE OF THE VEHICLE
The vehicle should be returned in the state it was in when you received it from the dealer, apart from the mileage under the agreement and taking account of routine wear and tear on the vehicle, which is described in the wear and tear code. The vehicle should not be damaged in any way, and should be clean and vacuumed.
BEFORE RETURNING THE VEHICLE DO NOT FORGET TO RETURN THE FOLLOWING ITEMS AND DOCUMENTS
- set of tyres including disks in the vehicle (if included in the agreement)
- complete set of keys, including spares (including serial code)
- duly filled-in and stamped service log book, or excerpt from the electronic service log book
- refuelling cards, assistance card, Ayvens service card
- small technical certificate, international car insurance card (green card), motorway toll vignette
- complete mandatory equipment, functional spare wheel with tools
