What to do if there’s an accident
Steps you need to take after an accident happens:
- Safety first
The most important thing is ensuring the safety of all persons involved. If there are injuries, call emergency services immediately.
- Contact us
Contact the Ayvens driver helpline on +30 2106100050 as soon as possible. Our experts will guide you through the next steps.
- Gather information
Gather details about the accident, including the location, date and time. Exchange contact and insurance information with the other parties involved.
- Take photographs
Photograph the scene of the accident and record the damage to all vehicles and the surrounding area.
- Notify the authorities
Call the police to report the accident and get a copy of the accident report and the alcohol test results for you and the other party involved. Note down all the necessary information.
- Vehicle repairs
If your leased vehicle needs repair, we’ll direct you to an authorized repair center where you can get your car sorted.
- Stay informed
During the entire process, we’ll let you know about the progress of repairs and any additional steps you need to take.
Break-ins and theft
If there is a partial theft (i.e someone breaks into your car takes something), first submit a report to the police and then contact Ayvens.
You’ll then need to fill out the accident report form. If your vehicle has been stolen (total theft), please inform the police first and then immediately contact us.
We’re here for you every step of the way!
No matter how careful you are, accidents can happen. But if something does go wrong, call us immediately so we can help you.
